MLO Rocket is a month-to-month service. We know they exist, but we're not sure why any CRM or marketing automation service would lock you into a contract. If a system delivers, won't clients be happy to continue using it without a contract? This has been our experience :)

MLO Rocket does not have a trial. Why? Each new account we create takes 5-6 hours to build-out and customize for each new member. We understand choosing a CRM and marketing automation system is a big deal. At MLO Rocket, we've made a deliberate choice not to integrate with LOS (Loan Origination System) platforms, and here's why:

1) Limited Benefits: Integration with LOS systems offers minimal advantages. While some may seek it to streamline data entry and automate milestone updates, our experience suggests otherwise.

2) Minimal Data Entry: Our members have found that the need for extensive data entry is significantly reduced within our system. Many opt to store only essential transaction details in their CRM, as non-essential information is readily available in their LOS when necessary.

3) Detrimental Automation: Contrary to expectations, automating milestone updates from LOS systems can often prove to be more problematic than beneficial. Our experience indicates that such automation can lead to complications rather than simplifying processes.

By focusing on efficient data management within our platform and prioritizing streamlined workflows, we ensure that our members experience maximum efficiency and effectiveness in their mortgage lending operations.

No, we spend 10-30 hours crating the perfect messages and building out each of our automations that include as part of you membership. We don't offer access to these with our clients as if you don't understand how they work you might inadvertently break something we cannot fix or tell you how to fix. For this reason we ask that you use the system as is.

We don't allow members access to our pre-built automations and workflows as many areas are interconnected and if the wrong items were accidentally changed or deleted it could break much of your system forcing us to have do a factory reset which would likely mean that you would loose data . While in the future we may offer the service of building customized automations, we don't currently offer this service.

Importing contacts into MLO Rocket is extremely easy. You simply export your contacts from your previous system into a CSV file, and then import them into your new system. The import process allows you to quickly match all of your fields from your previous system to your new fields.
